MONA SHARMA

Mona Sharma (b. 1997) is a visual artist based in Indore, India, working across painting and cement-based works. She completed her BFA (2022) and MFA (2024) in Painting from the Government College of Fine Art, Indore. Her practice explores lived space as an emotional and psychological landscape, drawing from homes and environments she has inhabited. Through colour, material, and process, she examines how memory, time, and everyday experience shape the way spaces are felt and remembered.

Sharma presented her first solo exhibition, A Mind Within a Space, at Method, Mumbai (2023). Her recent exhibitions include Mangoes and Meanings at the Museum of Goa (2026), Still Rise at Shailja Art Gallery, Gurugram (2026), Scribble on the Wall at Method Kala Ghoda, Mumbai (2026), Nature of Us at Method, Mumbai (2025), Fresh Produce at Method, Delhi (2025), and Abhivyakti City Art Project in Ahmedabad (2025).
