Refund policy
At Play Staples we stand by our products, that is why we offer a warranty against defects in material or craftmanship. Every Play Staples product goes through several levels of quality control before it is shipped out and our products are designed to last for years. Please note the "defective" part of this lifetime guarantee, this means that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product. A scratch or dent is just proof that you are using your Play Staples as you should be - Just be careful of reckless driving!
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your product to request a return.
Our team will review the photos and reason of return, before processing any returns. Incase of any discrepancies or damage of product from customers end, Play Staples reserves the right to deny returns. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. A refund of the product and taxes will be given, however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
